Exchange Policy
We have exchange policy for all our customers, not return (money is not refundable). All pieces are checked before dispatch and you will get the exact same piece that you order.
Still if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange with any other item from our entire collection.
For exchange you just need to place Exchange Request through our website. Our Team will review your request & approve it after which reverse pickup will be booked via courier for which there is a nominal fee of Rs 150 only. (this fee is a subsidised amount to compensate partially for the courier charges we will bear for the return as well as for the fresh courier which we will send again). You don't have to pay anything to the pickup boy, Rs 150 would be added in your exchange order
Once the pickup is done you can place your exchange order.
